Lightning Arms Sports accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express, as well as money orders, cashier, and personal checks.

If a personal check is used, there will be a 10-day waiting period to allow the check to clear the banks.

When placing an order, please specify your choice of right-handed or left-handed application, the manufacturer, model and color finish desired. 

We ship via United States Postal Service priority insured mail. The shipping and handling charges outlined below reflect this. Insured mail requires a signature at delivery. The package will not be left without a signature, but an official attempted delivery notification will be left by the postman with Instructions on how to retrieve your package. At the time of purchase the customer may request their package be sent non-insured, but in doing so he or she assumes all responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

By customer request, we can ship Federal Express at an additional cost which is the FedEx shipper’s rate plus a $10.00 handling fee.  

*International shipping

International shipping is based on the shipper’s rate with an additional $20.00 handling fee. We ship insured Express Mail International, Priority Mail  International or FedEx International.

• Costs may vary depending upon delivery area. 

• Delivery time is not guaranteed and may depend upon normal customs clearance.

• Shipping does not include duties, taxes or any additional brokerage. This is the responsibility of the recipient. 

• It is the customer’s responsibility to verify with their proper governmental authorities that the item(s) ordered are not restricted or prohibited  for import into their country. Please do so before you order as Lightning Arms Sports will not be responsible for any item(s) seized under such regulations.

• All prices quoted including merchandise and shipping is based on US dollars. 

• All orders must be prepaid including the shipping. Acceptable payment for international orders includes Visa, Master Card or bank wire transfer. In the case of a wire transfer the customer assumes all fees on the sending and receiving end.

• Shipping and handling rates to an APO address requiring a custom form is actual shipper’s rate with an additional $20.00 handling fee.

Return policy *

Customer service is our top priority. We want to make sure you have a pleasant purchasing experience.  We strive to provide the best customer service in the industry. With this in mind, the following is our return policy: 

Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, unused and in as new condition, in the original packaging in a box to protect from crushing. There will be no refund or exchange for crushed items. Craig Spegel grips cannot be returned for refund or exchange once mounted to the firearm.

If these conditions are met, then the customer will have the choice of an exchange or refund of purchase less 15% restocking fee and all shipping and handling costs.

*The Return Policy is not extended to Milt Sparks and Galco product sales which are final with no refund or exchange.

WARNING & DISCLAIMER

Only use your holster for the firearm for which it is crafted. Carrying a handgun in an ill-fitting or improper holster can result in serious injury or death.  As your holster ages check it for proper fit and retention and if lacking stop all use of the holster and replace as necessary.  As Lightning Arms Sports has no control over the use of the holsters it retails the customer assumes all liability and responsibility for the products purchased.
